My name is Mocha, I was born in February 2003, so that makes me about 5 years old. I am spayed, have all of my shots. I am housebroken and about 60 lbs. If you haven't guessed, I'm an adorable chocolate little girl.

Autumn

Autumn, a 2 year old yellow female, was abandoned at Andrews AFB when her folks got transferred overseas. After a week of waiting patiently on the front porch for their return, Animal Control was called in to take her to the local shelter. From there, she became part of LRR's system. It was obvious that she had been a family pet as her house manners were impeccable, and she was quite used to the comforts of home. She adjusted to foster care quickly, and while she would play some with the other dogs, she needed a new family to love and care for. It wasn't long before we found her perfect family in the form of a family with young boys. She bonded to her new family immediately, and soon Autumn became Mom #2, especially with her boys. Follow-up has found the match to be perfect as this letter explains:

Autumn is truly the PERFECT DOG! We couldn't have asked for anyone better! She's sweet and gentle and very protective. She looks forward to walks every evening with her Dad. She also enjoys walking to our boys' elementary school some mornings and every afternoon. She's still chasing squirrels, eating grass, and lying in the sun!
