Syri
Hi there – my name is Syri! One of my foster moms calls me “Little Bear” because she says I look like a polar bear cub. That’s silly because I’m a yellow Labrador retriever, not a bear! I’m an English Lab, which doesn’t mean that I bark with a cute accent, but does mean that I’m shorter than American Labs and have a fantastic, heavy warm coat, a wide tail and a boxier snout. I am six years young, housebroken, crate trained, and up to date on all of my shots. Everyone says I’m a happy, wonderful girl, so it must be true!
Bones
Hello there! My name is Bones. No one knows why I have that name. Although I’m a trim 65 pounds, I’ve never been too skinny. Well, anyway, I am about 3 ½ years old and as you can see, I am a black male, neutered, h/w negative, housebroken, crate trained and up to date on all my shots. I even have nice, shiny, clean white teeth since LRR got them cleaned for me when I first arrived. Now I have a million-watt smile!
Evie
Seasons Greetings! My name is Evie and I came to LRR with my littermate Mollie. We are spayed and have all of our vaccinations. I’m crate trained, and I love other dogs. My first family told LRR that I am about 4 yrs old. I am extremely settled, fun, easy going and willing to learn. I am a “fluffy” 90lb very pretty Black labbie. LRR has me working on losing a couple of those “fluffy” pounds to get my girlish figure by spring.
Dexter
Hey you! I am Dexter, a pretty cool name for a pretty cool guy. I was given up to a shelter by my family because they could no longer afford to care for me. I was born in June 2010 which makes me a little over 1.5yrs old. I am crate trained, housebroken, up to date on all my shots and neutered. I am a big tall boy.
Dakota (Kota)
My name Dakota, my friends call me “Kota”. I am a 6 year old black male. I am neutered, housebroken, crate trained, good with dogs, soon I’ll be tested with cats and kids soon, check back for an update. I am current on all of my vacinations too. I weigh in 85 lbs, and I am a low energy dog, BUT I love going for walks!
Moe
Hi there – I’m Moe! I’m a black male, about 1 ½ years old. I can’t remember what my real birthday is, so I’m going to let my new family choose one and we can celebrate together every year! I am healthy, up to date on all my shots, crate trained, housebroken and neutered. I weigh 94 pounds but my foster mom is helping me lose about 5 or 10 so that I get to my perfect weight. I’m also really tall which is nice because it makes it easy to look at everything going on around me.
Molly
Hi, there. My name is Molly and I came to LRR with my littermate Evie. We are spayed and have all of our vaccinations. Despite never having lived inside a house before coming to LRR, I am housebroken and crate trained. My first family told LRR that I was born on 3/29/08 which makes me almost 4yrs old. I am about 75lbs. Not to be shy or modest, but I am a cuttie and I am such a sweetie. I love to have fun and make the best companion. I have been described as the social butterfly and the party girl while Evie is the more sensible one.
Dolly
HELLO, I’m Dolly! You know the old song - “Hello Dolly”? Well, that’s exactly what my foster family said when they met me. I am a very petite girl, 55lbs, black, spayed, and oh so cute! I have all of my shots, I’m housebroken, crate trained, very quiet and sweet. I love other dogs, I’m good with cats. And I am about 1.5 years old, and in spite of that, I am a pretty calm, settled girl! Read my entire story please before you decide to apply on me!
Taz
My name is Taz and I came to LRR with my litter mate Billy. I am a youngster at about 1.5 years old. But don’t let that stop you I am extremely settled and easy going. I am 70lb, and as you can see from my photos I’m a Yellow. I am recently neutered, have all of my vaccinations, I’m crate trained, and I love other dogs.
Snoopy
Yippy and Hello to everyone! My name is Snoopy. I am a robust 2 year old sweet loveable Chocolate Labrador Retriever. I am presently 110 pounds but am working to lose my “puppy fat” and get a sleek muscular figure. I am housebroken, crate trained, neutered and current with all my shots.

Hello, my name is Roma. I am an OH SO cute chocolate female, I have all of my vaccinations and I’m spayed. I am good with dogs, housebroken and crate trained. The guess is that I am 4-5 years old. Hi there, my name is Billy! I am a 1 year old, neutered black male. My brother is Taz. I have all of vaccinations, I’m housebroken and crate trained. I love other dogs. I am very calm and settled for a youngster, so don’t let my age keep you away and I weigh in at about 70lbs.

Hi there, my name is Java, can you tell from my name what color I am? You guessed it, I am a chocolate. I am a spayed female, have all my vaccinations, I’m housebroken, crate trained and good with dogs, cats, and kids. I am 3 yrs old, and LRR says I am a medium energy dog. I have lost weight, I’m in shape and ready for swimsuit season.
Doyle

Wilbur
“OOOPS!” My foster Mom keeps saying that…..I’ll try to find out why and let you know later in my bio. In the meantime, a bit about myself. My name is Wilbur (more about that later), I am a 2-3 year old Chocolate male, neutered, have all my vaccinations, housebroken and crate trained. I am little guy - weighing in at just under 50lbs. I love to play with other dogs, cuddle with kids, and I’m good with cats, haven’t been with kids, yet, but LRR is sure I’ll do well. I am a calm, settled, sweet, well behaved boy!
